Our Water-Fed Pole System
We use a modern, pure-water pole system that allows us to clean high windows safely from the ground. The purified water leaves no streaks or residue, ensuring a spotless finish. Over time, regular cleaning using this system delivers the best and most consistent results for your property.
Service Schedule & Weather Policy
We clean year-round — even in light rain or cold conditions (above freezing). Only severe weather causes rescheduling, and we’ll always notify you as soon as possible.
For new clients, the first two cleans may not achieve a perfect finish immediately due to built-up debris, but after these initial visits, you’ll enjoy consistently brilliant results on your regular schedule
(monthly or every 8 weeks).
Understanding Your Windows
Different windows require different care. uPVC provides the best and most consistent results, while wooden, leaded, or vented windows may show natural variations.
For leaded windows, those with air vents, or windows that haven’t been cleaned in some time, the first few cleans may leave slight streaks as built-up dirt and residue are gradually removed. It can take a few visits to bring them up to standard. Likewise, wooden frames with cracked or weathered paint may not achieve a perfect finish, but our tailored approach ensures the safest, most careful clean possible while preserving your windows’ condition and appearance.
Payment Terms
We aim to make payments straightforward and secure.
• Preferred method: BACS transfer — please include your house number and postcode as a reference.
• Cash payments: Accepted if left securely for collection.
• Payment timeframe: Within 7 days for residential clients, and 14–30 days for commercial clients.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in referral to the Credit Protection Association (CPA) for recovery.
